ADMINISTRATIVE SET UP
The Commissioner MC Shimla is the administrative head of the corporation. All executive and administrative powers for the purpose of carrying out day to day functions are vested in him. He is appointed by the State Govt. for a particular period of time. He is assisted by a joint/assistant commissioner who is also appointed by the State Govt.
